Hi, I’m

Tania

I’m a Mother of Daughters, Ayurvedic Bodyworker, and Herbalist devoted to supporting women through life’s most transformative seasons.

For over a decade, my work centered around birth and postpartum care. Today, my focus has evolved toward nurturing women in the tender and often overwhelming transitions that ask us to rebuild ourselves — postpartum, divorce, career shifts, recovery, burnout, grief, and other seasons of deep change.

My connection to herbal healing began in the Boreal forests of Newfoundland, where I spent my childhood a little feral running around in the woods, picking local plants and eating wild blueberries. That early relationship with the natural world became the foundation of a lifelong devotion to holistic healing, bodywork, plant medicine, and women’s care.

Over the last 15 years, my path has been deeply shaped by the ancient healing system of Ayurveda, alongside studies in herbalism, traditional postpartum care, and women’s healing practices from many cultures and traditions. My first birth in Japan profoundly influenced the way I understand care, through warm oils, nourishing foods, herbal remedies, touch, rest, and community woven together as medicine.

Alongside my private practice, I spent many years teaching yoga, leading Ayurveda and herbal workshops and courses, and co-founding a retreat centre devoted to healing, education, and community care.

Through grounding bodywork, herbal remedies, and Ayurvedic guidance, I help women reconnect to rhythm, regulation, and steadiness within themselves. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing begins in the body through nourishment, rest, ritual, touch, and daily practices that create safety and resilience in the nervous system.

I offer in-person Ayurvedic bodywork sessions, Ayurvedic consultations, and in-home postpartum care for the first month after birth. These postpartum offerings include nourishing herbal support, bodywork in the comfort of your home, and guidance around the foundational pillars of thriving in postpartum.

Alongside my client work, I create small-batch herbal products including infused body oils, tinctures, teas, and botanical remedies available through my online apothecary.

My work weaves together modern herbalism, Ayurvedic wisdom, and grounded care to support women in returning to themselves in a slow, steady, and sustainable way.
